- Forehead
The forehead relates to the nervous system and digestive system so your breakouts are likely due to stress or a diet high in sugar. Steer clear of of processed foods and pick up de-stressing techniques.
- Chin
The state of your chin is represented by your hormones and stress levels. If you’re a woman, you’ll likely have breakouts during your menstrual cycle.
- Eyes

Puffy and swollen eyes are usually a result if you not getting enough shut-eye. Try going to bed a little earlier than usual and make sure you pillow is nice and clean.
Dark patches under the eyes can be a result of your diet choices. Try drinking more water and eating a more balanced diet.
If your eyelids are puffy and you get plenty of sleep, you are probably having an allergic reaction. Examine your make up sponges or eyeliner and mascara.

If no moisturizer is dealing with your dry, itchy skin then it could either be eczema or the climate.

Dry lips can be cause by an allergic reaction, either to toothpaste or a lipstick/lip balm.

Discoloured nails are a sign of internal issues- vitamin deficiencies, lupus and possible kidney damage.

Random bruises on your body could be a sign of internal bleeding.
