The United States of America is the land of the free and the home of the brave. If you find yourself planning a vacation there, well it’s gonna be hard to decide. After all America has 50 states to choose from, 50! Unless you plan to take a long road trip through the country to take everything in, you’re going to have to narrow it down. Each state has it’s own culture, it’s own traditions and it’s own sites. Here’s a list of some places that you should keep in your options pile.
Los Angeles

Take a trip to tinsel town, filled with great beaches, Hollywood stars and lots of traffic. If you want to find the rich and famous of LA, visit Hollywood or Beverly Hills as celebs tend to hang out there. Then there’s Hollywood Boulevard, where you can enjoy the Walk of Fame and check out celebs hand and footprints at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre. LA has tons of great sites like The Farmers Market, Griffith Park, Old Town Pasadena and Getty Museum. Let’s not forget Universal Studios, one of the best theme parks ever which even includes the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

Last but not least, there’s the world famous Hollywood sign that can make the perfect selfie background and provide an amazing view of the city.
New Orleans

It’s the NOLA, a city of rich history, beautiful architecture, jazz music and voodoo. New Orleans great sites include The Garden District, The Riverfront, and the well know French Quarter. You’ll find other great places in the Quarter such as St. Louis Cathedral, Royal Street and Bourbon Street.

There’s the Bayou, where you can kayak through the swamp or walk through the woods, but watch out for the alligators. Then there’s the history, New Orleans is known as one of the most haunted cities and even includes a Ghost Tour you can go on. There is also a long history of Voodoo in the city. New Orleans is also known for it’s Cajun cuisine and famous must try Beignets. If you want, you can even plan your trip during Mahdi Gras for the amazing parade.
Miami

There’s a reason people love spending their spring breaks in Miami and that’s because it’s a city filled with endless fun. Miami is best known for it’s wild night life, with the best clubs you can find just waiting to be enjoyed. Another popular spot are their beaches, especially South Beach, best known for topless sunbathing, bars and beach parties. Some great sites include Coral Castle, The Spanish Monastery and Everglades National Park. If a party is what you’re looking for, Miami is where you’ll find it.
Las Vegas

Viva Las Vegas! Bright neon lights and casinos on every corner, Sin City is a place to experience for yourself. Let’s face it, there’s no way anyone is staying here without getting caught up the gambling scene, so make sure you have the money to spend.

You can stay at some of the most famous hotels in the world like Caesars Palace or the Hard Rock Hotel. As for the food, well the all you can eat buffets speak for itself. Vegas isn’t far from Hoover Dam or the Grand Canyon so be sure to pay those a visit while you’re there. If you’ve always wanted a Vegas Wedding, it won’t be hard to find a chapel to do it, just make sure you’re sober before you do it. Of course no trip to Las Vegas is complete without walking the Strip and taking in the city.
