Honey, like lemons, is full of vitamin C and this is an integral factor in fighting against colds and flus. Adding half a teaspoon of pure honey to lukewarm water along with drops of lemon juice will help sooth your throat.
Marshmallows
No, you’re not having a snack in the middle of your flu remedy. The marshmallow is the remedy. Marshmallows have a thick gelatine coat which helps in sooths a sore throat.
Onions
Onions have antiseptic and antibiotic properties that make it the prefect cure for a sore throat. Rather eat them raw as opposed to cooking them which can lead to potency loss.
Sleep Is the Best Remedy
Lastly, sometimes a; your body needs is rest. Staying warm and sleeping it off whilst your body does the rest really could be the best strategy
