Marvel is no stranger to making amazing block buster movies and 2015’s Ant Man was no exception. The movie about a guy who shrinks turned out to be a huge success and the much anticipated sequel is set to hit theatres in July.
The sequel entitled Ant Man and Wasp will see not just Ant Man suit up to save the day but also his new partner, the Wasp. After the events of Captain America Civil War, Scott Lang (Ant Man) is put under house arrest in order to be with his daughter. However a new threat forces him to once again put on the suit and team up with Hope Van Dyne (Wasp) to form a tiny duo who throw a big punch.
Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly will reprise their roles as Lang and Van Dyne respectively as well as Michael Douglas as Professor Hank Pym. It was announced that Michelle Pfeiffer was cast to play the original Wasp, Janet Van Dyne and Lawrence Fishburne makes his Marvel debut.
The movie received positive reviews from critics, gaining a 90% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes and premiers on July 6.
