What to Avoid

  • Alcohol– you’ll need to avoid liquor during your detox as you’ll need your liver to be concentrated on your detox. Removing alcohol from the equation will improve the functionality of your liver.
  • Sugar– something that sweet can’t be that good for you.
  • Dairy– dairy products have no fiber so there’s no need to include it in your detox plan.
  • Meat– your digestive system works overtime when it comes to meat so avoiding meats will give it the break it deserves. Besides, you can get all the protein and minerals from your veggies.
