Are We Aware Of The Common Summer Illnesses And Preventions?

The summer season has arrived and we are constantly agog to encounter the benefits the season has to offer yearly, we are apprised of the fact that some illnesses are much distinguished in definite seasons in-comparison to others. We are all aware of illnesses such as, chicken pox, flu, skin rashes, cold, cough and heat stroke are common diseases that transpire between summer and winter. Summer brings about malaria of monsoon dengue and diarrhea. It does not only end there, such illnesses summons other disorders that span from jaundice, headache, sunburns just to name a few.

The illnesses and precautions….

It has been mentioned as a re-occurring illness that is popular in summer, Chickenpox, My heart skipped a beat to the thought of the boils that are similar to those of a chicken, I concluded with a contemplation of how atrocious it would be for my body or anyone else for that matter, to be disposed to such a predicament .

Well, I cannot stress this enough, we need to steer clear of comings and goings, that require the outdoors in most cases through mountaintop – sun hours. Yes, we still need to tan or be sun-kissed once in a while, but eschew subjection to undeviating sunlight and clustered places. This is not even optional, we need to elevate our water intake to avert dehydration. We are grateful for the availability of – sunscreen with a high-rise of ( SPF) to fend off skin mutilation. We need to be cautious in what we chew on, unlabeled or sketchy outlets selling food with no nutritional description is a big NO! Always guzzle on clean water, boil them if necessary, eat healthy accommodate more fruits and vegetables in your daily diet. Do own a pair of shades please, carry an umbrella, wear bright colours, we all must be aware that clothes with a darker shade absorbs the sun, and  the heat contributes to the sweat. We must wear our caps, hats, keep ourselves cool and safe this summer.
