Social media scrutinize Bonang’s newly launched book.

The elite media personally recently launched her long awaited autobiography named “From A to B” at Sandton Shopping mall on the3rd of August. The event was graced by adoring fans, sponsors, friends and relatives.Bonang spoke about her inspiration behind the best-selling book and her humble beginnings from a small town in Mafikeng.

However, social media wasted no time and found errors in Matheba’s book. These errors included an incorrect birthday date, incorrect spelling of words and grammatical errors. Memes that ridiculed Matheba started to circulate on Twitter with the hashtag #FromAToB.

The publisher of the book took responsibility for all the errors found in the book. BlackBird Books owner, Thabiso Mahlape told TshisaLive that “I take full responsibility for what happened. The last thing I want is for black people to be accused of mediocrity and I should do better. It’s on me as the publisher. I ought to have done better.

Besides the bad publicity that the book has received, Bonang’s book has been confirmed to be a best-seller after it has been launched in less than a week.
