For the first time since 2013, the biggest sports entertainment company, World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), makes its way back for a tour in South Africa.
“Following the overwhelming demand from our fans in South Africa, we are excited to return to Cape Town and Johannesburg, and bring WWE Live to Pretoria for the first time,” said Stefan Kastenmüller, Senior Vice President & General Manager, WWE Africa, Europe & Emerging Markets. “WWE fans in South Africa can look forward to spectacular, non-stop, family-friendly entertainment featuring their favorite WWE Superstars.”
The tour will begin in Cape Town, at the Grand Arena on Wednesday, 18 April. Due to popularity, a second event has been added in Cape Town on 19 April. WWE will then make its way to Pretoria, Sun Arena on Friday, 20 April and finally to Johannesburg, the Ticketpro Dome on Saturday, 20 April.
