We are delighted by the growth generated by the media industry; much of the exceptional resident content we see on Mzansi Magic is relatively credited to the exceptional efforts made by the Ferguson Films, ruled by business associates and the pair Shona and Connie Ferguson.They have been around the block, with productions such as Igazi and Rockville together being enormously victorious, it was undoubting and evident that within a blink of an eye the Ferguson Films would dish out with something fresh and captivating, and this is transpiring while we are still digesting their recent release “The Queens on Mzansi Magic”.
The new dish, dished out through their production company, Ferguson Films, they have produced a drama series named “The Imposter to Mzansi Magic”.The drama series will narrate the account of twin sisters, (Mantwa and Matshepo Tau), who are inflicted with war as a repercussion of an instant that altered their existence.
In all the convoluted events unfolding, one of the sisters sprints free out of imprisonment after occupying seventeen years in jail.
In her return, she then imitates and charges over the magnificent life of her indistinguishable twin who is accountable for her confinement. The intriguing drama series will star the prominent performers such as – “Thishiwe Ziqubu, Mpumi Mpama, Khulu Skenjana, Omuhle Gela, Zenzo Nqobe, Mary Twala and Owen Sejake.”One of the protagonists, the actress, who is performing a lead in Mzansi Magic drama. The Imposter, mentioned the encouragement she garners from the production company amplifies all the attempts she administers into the narrative to be worth while.
In her character, she twins alternating between Mantwa and Matshepo, which really portrays her skills as a performer, especially on the fact that the twins are distinct in character, very different. She has admitted that alternating between both roles was emotionally and mentally demanding, although she was appreciative to be consigned with the mission.
