The entertainment show co-host, Nandi Madida made an announcement on Monday with a post shared across her social media channels that she decided to part ways with BET Africa. The singer and TV personality will no longer appear on viewers screens in the next season of BET Africa.
Although details of her existence in the show weren’t disclosed, Nandi thanks Waldun Media for believing in her and giving her the wonderful opportunity to launch BET A-List. She also thanked her fans for always showing her the support.
BET Africa responded to Nandi’s decision. “We would like to thank Nandi for sharing this journey with us as a co-host of BET’s A-List, it has been a pleasure to work with her on series one. Nandi is highly talented artist and we extend our best wishes of success to her in her future endeavours”.
On the 26th and 27th of August 2017, Nandi hosted the famous and inclusive New York City music festival “Afropunk fest” which will soon make its appearance around the world including Johannesburg later this year.
A door of opportunities just keeps opening for the South African star, Nandi is one of the Mzansi celebrities who are having a great 2017. It was recently announced that she’ll also be the new face of the beauty brand Lux and just signed to New York-based talent management agency, EGM NY.
