Verne Troyer, the actor acknowledged for taking the role “Mini-Me” in the motion picture Austin Power and stands as one of the “minuscule men in the world”, has passed on at the age of 49.
The performer – who grappled with the addiction to the consumption of alcohol – passed on Saturday, there has been confirmation from the family on the matter.
The news was accounted in a status update on his official Facebook page.
“It is with great sadness and incredible heavy hearts to write that Verne passed away today,” the statement reads.
“ He was known for being a caring individual… he wished he provided a positive change with the platform he had and worked towards spreading that message every day”. – stated by the Family ”
The affirmation also made insinuation to despondency and suicide, and motivated people to “be kind” to one another because “you never know what kind of battle someone is going through inside.”
