Ingredients: Sponge cake (1 or 2 depending on how big you want to make it), 1 packet jelly (strawberry or raspberry, fruit (peaches or strawberries), 25oml cream, 500 ml custard.
Make the jelly in a bowl and let it cool so it is just beginning to set. Place a sponge cake in a bowl and place fruit on top of it. Pour in the jelly so that it soaks into the sponge. Refrigerate until the jelly has set. Once it has set, add a layer of custard to it. Repeat these steps if you are using two sponge cakes instead of one. Whip the cream and spread over the top. You can add more fruit to the top or even chocolate.
